Shipping Policy
Local shipping for hardware is quoted at flat rates to major centres or outlying areas. Pricing is generated at check out.

Shipping FAQ’s
- How long will it take to get my order?
We aim to ship all purchased items within 2 days of receipt of order and payment (weekdays). Should there be any change to this, we will communicate this directly to you at time of receiving order. From shipping date, usual delivery time is within 3 days for South Africa. - Do you ship outside of South Africa?
Please contact us if you need orders shipped outside of South Africa. Shipping times will vary, as well as costs, but we will work with you to find the best solution to get your order to you in the most efficient manner. - Are shipments insured?
Yes, but only up to a shipment value of R5000. However, we can add further insurance if needed or requested. We recommend insurance on higher value items only. Depending on shipping partner, insurance is 1-4% of value. - Can I send my own courier to pick up my order?
Please contact us on how to organize this, as we will only release goods once waybill is created and sent to us, and you advise us to release the goods. - How do I track my order?
We use multiple shipping partners depending on where the order is going. We will send you a tracking number linked to the shipping partner your order is booked with. Alternatively, just ask us for an update.
Returns Policy
Afrique De Sud Brands (ADS) offers a 10-day return policy on most items. Returnable products will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and shipping costs are deducted from any refund. The product must be in the same condition as sold to the customer with the product manuals and packaging included in the return. Customers should also ship products back at their own expense in a verifiable manner, and pack in a reasonable way to avoid product damage. Refunds are processed upon confirmation by ADS that the product is in new condition. If the product was defective, then ADS or the product manufacturer will cover the shipping costs. Defective equipment must be shipped back and verified, at which time a refund or new equipment will be sent back to the customer. Airtime that has been loaded onto a SIM is not included in returnable items.
