If you’ve just bought a satellite phone and airtime, test the satellite network and ensure it’s working correctly before using the device. We advise that you test your phone as least once a month. This is a free service, allowing customers who may not use their satellite phones regularly to test their device. Depending on the satellite phone you have purchased, please select between the two testing services below. Please remember to remove the battery once tested and you’re ready to store your phone to prevent the battery from discharging more rapidly.
